The Ampeg SVT is one of the most iconic bass sounds. I’ve finally found the perfect way to use it with the HX Stomp! I ended up creating three SVT presets:

1. ‘Ampeg SVT’ is a full rig (amp + cab) featuring the bright channel of an SVT. With its Boost, Drive, and Ultra LO functions, it's suitable for all genres. The Ultra LO function recreates the Ultra LO switch found on an SVT.
2. 'Tubey Warm SVT' is also a full rig (amp + cab) that is created after the normal channel of an SVT and has a great full and warm tone. It's great for soul, pop, and country.
3. ‘Ampeg SVT CL DI’ combines the clean signal with the character of an SVT amp, but without the cabinet.

I like to use the full rig presets (amp + cab) for recording and the amp-only preset for live performances, but these are just my preferred use cases. They all work great with an amp on stage, with IEMs, and for recording. They sit well in the mix and give you the feeling of using an Ampeg SVT.

I've tested these presets in live and recording situations, and I'm thrilled with them!
